Core Fitness Areas Combined / Customized According to Your Specific Goals

I employ four key areas of fitness with each client, varying the components based on the particular aim of the individual:

 
 
         
Several other benefits and special considerations are provided to clients, to make working out more convenient and enjoyable:      
         
  • Training alongside a second client, which enables affordable rates by costing half-rate for a full hour of training

 

  • Flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, evening, weekends)
Weight Training: combination of free weights, barbells, and machines   work out on machines in a gym  
Floor Exercises: using bands, balls, and mats   floor exercise in a gym, using a ball  
Cardiovascular Activity: offering treadmills, cross-trainers, and stationary bikes, plus whatever cardio activity you prefer on your own (walking, biking, hiking, swimming, etc.)   Treadmill in a gym                            
  • First training session is free

 

  • Train in a gym or at your home gym membership is not required

 

  • If you want to join the gym to work out on your own, the membership rate is reduced
Nutrition: customized eating plan based on the individual's health considerations, e.g.,

  Nutritous diet plan
